At Magnetic By Mystic, we stand behind the quality of every fragrance we create. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at MagneticByMystic@gmail.com, and we will make it right. In such cases, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Magnetic By Mystic is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
